Through palm-lined landscapes and sunbaked surroundings, we explore the transformative and rebellious era of 1970s California this season; a time which gave birth to the West Coast way of life that is nostalgically reflected upon today. From the soft pulse of surf to the sound of wheels grazing an empty swimming pool, the personification of freedom became blatantly exposed through these subcultures that arose.
As this youth culture revival unfolds, we bear witness to a decade that laid the groundwork for the iconic silhouettes that transcended the basketball courts, boat decks, and track ovals; becoming the classics we know today.
