I've been buying Native shoes for years. I always get a W 9 with no issues. However when I received these boots they were so small I thought they were mislabeled with the incorrect size. An extreme disappointment since they are non-refundable and too tight to actually wear. The look is great but the fit is horrible!

Q: Hello,
I would like to buy these shoes for my boyfriend but I am not sure about the size. He has size EU 40 (size 7) but some of the reviews say the sizing is off and the shoes are smaller. I would go for 40,5 but you dont have that..There is also Size 7 but thats like EU 41,5 which seems to big to me. Can you give me some advice on this? What is the measurement of the foot lenght for the size 7 shoe in cm? I can measure some of his other shoes at home and have a better idea of which ones to take. Thank you for your advice!

A: Hi Tereza! Unfortunately, we do not have the length of these shoes available but the Apex 2.0 does tend to run smaller.
