My kids love their Native
My kids love their Native Shoes but buying directly online from the company has not been the best experience. Packaging was horrible, tape came undone so part of the box was already opened. The shoe boxes arrived already smashed. I called the company several times and no one answers. I emailed customer support and took a week for someone to respond. I emailed again maybe two weeks ago and still have gotten no response to my last inquiry. No exchanges available, only returns. I had to reorder multiple sizes and now I'm stuck with one that doesn't fit since I returned part of its original order and no longer have a return label and it past its 30 days. I will most likely go back to buying from Nordstrom for our Native Shoes as they have excellent customer service.
